This is not a course, but a one day experience.
Your first freediving experience, is the eye opener, the one that you will never forget! For this reason we will combine our personalised approach, and passion to help you have the experience of a lifetime!
No matter your experience you will end this day on a hipe.
Have a one day experience, where we will share with you the basics of freediving, for you to feel comfortable and have fun in the reef applying what you learn.
It is an excellent option to take if you are not sure about the course or you don’t have enough time!

PRE-REQUISITES
Be a confident swimmer
Be 18 years old or 12 with parents consent and presence.
Pass Medical Evaluation
Having encounters with animals, surfing, or snorkeling you will take the best memories if you have an introduction to freediving.
