Pool training is of paramount importance for your depth training & getting better on your technique

It’s not all about depth, sometimes we need to step back into some pool training to continue progressing in the open waters.

Work on your statics and on your dynamics a little bit more in deep that during your course. Learn how to enjoy them!


Swimming Pool training will improve your technique, your co2 tolerance, train your lactic acid and increase your breathe hold times. We can work either Static or Dynamic. Build your strategy for training in the pool back home.

This is a session in the pool for either discipline for you to experience it and take home some training routines.
