Please and Thank You when Freediving
You may wonder what are we calling Please and Thank you.
In life we often say please and thank you to other people. If you don’t, you could start trying.
Please and thank you makes people smile at you, make them want to be here for you, because you appreciate their work.
It’s the same with the water, with the ocean.
We should always ask for permission to start diving we say Please, to the ocean, for us to be well received.
Don’t forget the water is the biggest and strongest force in this world.
Don’t take it for granted.
So we say please, and of course we say Thank you.
In Amancay , students that had been around us for a while, know about our last but not least, Thank you dive.
This comes from our love and respect for the water and apparently Natalia Molchanova use to do it, so we wondered.. why not!.
Is always good to bring conscious and thank the sea for receiving us, thank the jungle and the water if we are in Cenotes.
Thank our body mind for connecting with the water and allowing us to dive safe.
To ourselves for listening to all of his.
So, next time that you go for a dive, don’t forget to say please and thank you, because if you ever go back, you will be received with a smile!
Enjoy the ride, freedive!
